To celebrate its 10th birthday, White Space is open to everyone…

After analysing over 22,000 pieces of thought leadership, White Space (www.sourceforconsulting.com/whitespace) celebrates its 10th birthday this Tuesday (18th September 2012), and to mark the occasion free access is being offered to the service for one day.

As part of the celebrations, White Space has identified five pieces of thought leadership from the last decade which have stood out and have been rated particularly highly:

  1. Booz & Company – Youth in GCC Countries: Meeting the Challenge: http://www.booz.com/media/uploads/BoozCo-GCC-Youth-Challenge.pdf
  2. Capgemini Consulting – Digital Transformation: A Road-Map for Billion-Dollar Organisations: http://www.capgemini.com/m/en/tl/Digital_Transformation__A_Road-Map_for_Billion-Dollar_Organizations.pdf
  3. IBM Global Chief Marketing Officer Study

  5. McKinsey – How Remarkable Women Lead: The Breakthrough Model for Work and Life http://www.mckinsey.com/ideas/books/RemarkableWomen/index.asp
  6. The Boston Consulting Group – Accelerating Out of the Great Recession: Seize the Opportunities in M&A: http://www.bcg.co.jp/documents/file52102.pdf

Fiona Czerniawska, Joint Managing Director at Source and founder of White Space said:

“Consulting firms spend huge amounts of time and money producing an ever-increasing amount of thought leadership. Ask clients what they think of the output and they tell you that the best material is hugely influential in persuading them to buy consulting services from a particular firm, while the rest – the majority – is largely ignored. Using our tool, consulting firms can benchmark their thought leadership and find the ‘white space’ quickly.”

White Space includes thought leadership from about 30 of the world’s leading consulting firms, all categorised and searchable by service, sector and geography. In addition to White Space ratings reports, there are quick links to some of the best thought leadership relevant to various different services and sectors.

The White Space Open Day is particularly aimed at anyone who plans, creates, promotes or disseminates thought leadership within consulting firms.
