There’s a risk – and it’s one you need to be aware of – that when we ask about innovation, every consulting firm steps forward and claims itself to be an expert. What they tend to mean, of course, is that they’re innovative. That’s all well and good, and for most projects you’d be ill‐advised to bring in a consulting firm that wasn’t innovative in some way; but it’s not really what we’re after here. And anyway, consulting firms are unlikely to be reliable witnesses in any assessment of how innovative they are.

Our new briefing note looks at some of the things you need to consider when using consultants to help you with innovation. It also helps you to understand which firms do what in this area, and features information about:

Avail Consulting
Digital Public
Edengene
Egremont Group
Gentek Consult Ltd
Logica
Simon Kucher & Partners

We’re also very pleased to carry a brand new piece of thought leadership on the subject of innovation, written especially for this note by Rob Anderson, Founder and Managing Director of consulting firm Edengene.
